Join us for an inspiring three-day event at Texas A&M University, where we explore the true meaning of success in coaching and leadership.
Throughout the event, students will delve into discussions and activities that challenge traditional notions of success and redefine what it means to "win" when coaching.
Interactive Workshops: Students will explore coaching pathways, learn how coaches prepare for the season and develop team dynamics, and observe how coaches facilitate skill development.
Panel Discussions: Students will participate in conversations that explore the evolving definitions of success in sports and coaching.
Networking Opportunities: Students can connect with peers, mentors, and professionals passionate about coaching and leadership.
Campus Experience: Students can explore the Texas A&M University campus and experience opportunities available to the student body.

Description: One of College Station's newer hotels, the Wyndham Garden is located just 3 miles from Texas A&M (approximately 15 minutes to event site). Enjoy spacious, oversized suites featuring a private bedroom, two large TVs, and a well-equipped kitchenette. All rooms in the block have double queens and a sofa with a twin pullout to accommodate up to 5 occupants. The hotel features an indoor pool, fitness center, and an on-site bar and grill. Start your day with a complimentary hot breakfast buffet and take advantage of free on-site parking throughout your stay. Wal-Mart is also located just across the street from the hotel.

Description: One of College Station's most recently renovated hotels, Voco College Station Aggieland is located just 3 miles from Texas A&M (approximately 15 minutes to event site). VOCO offers comfortable accommodations and guests can choose between spacious Queen rooms and King Suites featuring twin bunkbeds, providing flexibility for various group needs. Each room block includes complimentary WiFi and bus parking for convenience. The hotel features an outdoor pool, fitness center, and offers a variety of restaurants within walking distance. We are looking for volunteers to help with the 2026 State Convention - if you are interested in helping in one of the following capacities, please complete the volunteer interest form below:
Sponsorships - Help identify, contact, and organize vendor booths & other sponsorships for t-shirts, meals, etc.
Content & Curriculum - Help identify topics, demonstrations, presenters & keynote speakers.
FCTA Competitions - Determine FCTA competitions, organize judges, etc.
Marketing & Communications - Help market & publicize the event. (Personal contacts, Website, Flyers, Social Media, etc.)
Student Experience - Identify ways to enhance the overall student experience and incorporate selected student leaders from established FCTA chapters to help facilitate.
Event Logistics - Help facilitate logistical elements such as lodging, registration, scheduling, meals, etc.
Advisor/Chaperone - Will gather a group of students within my school or school district to attend the event.
