Join us for an inspiring three-day event at Texas A&M University, where we explore the true meaning of success in coaching and leadership.
Throughout the event, students will delve into discussions and activities that challenge traditional notions of success and redefine what it means to "win" when coaching.
Interactive Workshops: Students will explore coaching pathways, learn how coaches prepare for the season and develop team dynamics, and observe how coaches facilitate skill development.
Panel Discussions: Students will participate in conversations that explore the evolving definitions of success in sports and coaching.
Networking Opportunities: Students can connect with peers, mentors, and professionals passionate about coaching and leadership.
Campus Experience: Students can explore the Texas A&M University campus and experience opportunities available to the student body.

We are looking for volunteers to help with the 2026 State Convention - if you are interested in helping in one of the following capacities, please complete the volunteer interest form below:
Sponsorships - Help identify, contact, and organize vendor booths & other sponsorships for t-shirts, meals, etc.
Content & Curriculum - Help identify topics, demonstrations, presenters & keynote speakers.
FCTA Competitions - Determine FCTA competitions, organize judges, etc.
Marketing & Communications - Help market & publicize the event. (Personal contacts, Website, Flyers, Social Media, etc.)
Student Experience - Identify ways to enhance the overall student experience and incorporate selected student leaders from established FCTA chapters to help facilitate.
Event Logistics - Help facilitate logistical elements such as lodging, registration, scheduling, meals, etc.
Advisor/Chaperone - Will gather a group of students within my school or school district to attend the event.
